Journal of the American College of Surgeons (JACS)
The JACS is the official scientific publication of the American College of Surgeons (ACS). JACS has the goal of providing its readership the highest quality rapid retrieval of information relevant to surgeons.
JACS is a membership benefit for all active ACS Fellows, and Associate and Resident members. Retirees, Medical Students, and Affiliate members have access to JACS online. All members of the ACS have access to JACS CME online.

JAMA Surgery
JAMA Surgery, which began publication in 1920, is an international peer-reviewed journal. Its mission is to promote the art and science of surgery by publishing relevant peer-reviewed research to assist the surgeon in optomizing patient care. JAMA Surgery will also serve as a forum for the discussion of issues pertinent to surgery, such as the education and training of the surgical work force, quality improvement, and the ethics and economics of health care delivery.

National Library of Medicine
The National Library of Medicine started in 1836 as a small collection of medical books and journals in the office of the United States Army Surgeon General. NLM now partners with over 20 nations and has expanded its outreach efforts to consumers and health professionals around the globe.

Annals of Surgery
Annals of Surgery, the world's most highly referenced surgery journal, provides the international medical community with information on significant contributions to the advancement of surgical science and practice. Surgeons look to Annals of Surgery first for innovations in practice and technique.
