HOW DO YOU BECOME A MEMBER OF THE INDIANA CHAPTER?
Membership in the Indiana Chapter may be applied for based on your ACS membership classification. Categories of membership include Active Fellow, Associate Fellow, Affiliate, Resident, Medical Student, and Retired/Senior Fellow. Every Chapter member, regardless of category, shall be a member of the American College of Surgeons residing in the State of Indiana who applies for membership in the Indiana Chapter and agrees to comply with its By-Laws.

If you would like to make changes to your contact information, please email JoJo Rinebold, jrinebold@infacs.org at the time you renew.
