Chapter Leadership

The Executive Council shall be the Executive Board of the Chapter and shall then serve as the Board of Directors of the Corporation. The Council shall have general supervision, management, and control of the property and affairs of the Chapter unless otherwise provided in the Bylaws of the Chapter. Please communicate your questions, concerns, and willingness to help to these council members.

OFFICERS

The Officers of the Chapter shall consist of a President, a President-Elect, a Secretary-Treasurer, and fifteen (15) Councilors. Only Active Fellow members may be officers of the Chapter. For Officers, click HERE. For Councilors, click HERE.

GOVERNORS

Two Governors represent the Chapter members at the ACS. They serve as the administrative channnel through which chapters and members may bring their problems and concerns to the attention of the Board of Regents. For Governors, click HERE.

REGENTS

The ACS Board of Regents formulates policy and directs the affairs of the College. The Indiana Chapter is honored to be represented on the Board of Regents by David Welsh MD, MBA, FACS, and Shelly D. Timmons MD, PhD, FACS, FAANS. For Regents, click HERE.

COMMITTEES
