EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
Exhibitor Registration Deadline: Friday, April 3, 2026
We are soliciting financial support from companies that have an interest in education and in furthering the surgical care of the people of Indiana. Your company can participate as an exhibitor to make this a truly outstanding meeting.
Exhibitors will be recognized through signage, handout materials, and website recognition. We will also have an incentive promotion to encourage attendees to visit the exhibitors. The 2026 exhibit fee is $1,000.00 which includes a 6-foot table, two chairs, wastebasket, electricity, and lunch for two with the physicians on Saturday. Proposed display times are 7 am to 5 pm on Saturday. Payment can be made by check payable to the Indiana Chapter of the American College of Surgeons (mailing address below) or by credit card by clicking on the red box below.
